"Snatch Life" is a fun, progressive, 6-week long snatch-centric KettleFIT training program. Over the course of 4 workouts per week for six weeks, you'll get awesome at snatch (our favorite kettlebell exercises) while having a great time building strength, cardio, coordination, mobility, and power.

Each class ends with snatch sets, which lengthen each week until we finish the program by doing 5 minutes straight with one hand-switch.

Aside from the snatch, classes offer a ton of variety and range 30-40 minutes in length.

Classes for the upcoming week are released on Sundays. Only 1 kettlebell required. How to snatch from step 1 is NOT covered in this series, so prepare by taking the 4 Kettlebell Kickstarter classes. https://onlineclasses.prokettlebell.com/kettlebell-kickstarter
