This workout has a brute strength focus. If you have options, use a light-ish weight for the 1 minute sets, medium weight for the 45" sets, and heavy weight for the 30" sets. Don't forget to add a warm up and cool down from the "Stackables" series, and the "10-Min Back and Arms" or "15-Min Mash Up" Stacks would be nice finishers for this if you're up for it!
