Using all of the exercises from this week's Kettlebell 365 "an exercise a day keeps bad habits away" challenge, this week is heavy on the back and core training... if possible, use lighter weight than you think necessary or allow yourself to take breaks if you're feeling overly fatigued. Otherwise, have fun - it's face paced and a great strength and cardio class!
