We highly recommend taking the 30-Day Rookies Intensive Beginner Program or watching all of the technique videos below prior to jumping in to one of our regular classes, but if you just can't wait, at least watch this video, and start with the GITIT ABS 21-Day Core Challenge, or The COMEBACK program, as they are awesome workouts but don't include our typical amount of highly technical kettlebell exercises like swings, cleans, snatches and jerks.
