Our 100-Hour Professional Kettlebell Trainer Program (Level-2 Certification) is focused on how to teach kettlebells. But before you can teach them, you must be able to use them safely and effectively yourself, and that's where the Rookies program comes in. We have other series that will fast-track you to using kettlebells correctly, but this program of workouts is a deep-dive to satisfy even the most dedicated kettlebell die-hards. We can't wait to share our vast experience and throw kettlebells around with you!
