Power/Flow (4 Workouts/Week)

All 30-minute classes, alternating between "Power" classes and "Flow" classes.

"Power" classes are designed to be done with doubles (matching pairs of kettlebells) but modifiers are included if you only have one kettlebell.

Flow is a single-bell class where you'll learn the moves in smaller, manageable sections and then string them together for a killer workout.

The intent of the 12 classes is that you'll do 4 workouts per week for 3 weeks, and you'll do them in order - it won't serve you well to jump ahead!

You'll develop noticeably impressive kettlebell skills and explosive power in less than 21 days.
